RUGBY: Mixed news for Munster ahead of Champions Cup opener

Keith Earls is a major doubt for Munster's Champions Cup opener away to Racing 92 this Sunday.
The Irish international didn't train today with the rest of the squad.
However, loosehead prop Dave Kilcoyne did take part in today's work-out as he follows the return-to-play protocols, which means that he could still feature this weekend.
Kilcoyne's availability is particularly important in light of the news that prop James Cronin is to serve a four-week ban and will be unavailable until November 7.

Meanwhile, Tommy Bowe and Dan Tuohy have been ruled-out of Ulster's Champions Cup opener against Bordeaux.
Instead, the two Irish internationals have been included in the Ulster A side for their British and Irish Cup clash against Jersey Reds on Friday.
